WHAT WE ARE DOING

  • There will be three educaitonal talks throughout our time together given by Natalie Gildersleeve, Mari Trancoso, and Cara Mia.

  • Natalie will be leading a family shoot, Mari and Layni will be leading their own couples shoot!

  • Throughout our week together, Sasha will guide you through a carefully curated series of practices designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

  • You will be getting your own portraits done by Yan Palmer, which being in her presence is just a treat in itself but you get to have new photos in anyway you wish to be represented by one of the best.

  • Nourishing ourselves from the inside out also includes eating nurturing yummy whole foods. We will be working with a chef to bring you all three meals throughout our time together.

  • A cacao ceremony is a modern practice, adapted from ancient Mesoamerican rituals, of drinking pure cacao to pause, reflect, and connect.

  • A temazcal is a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge ceremony that uses steam, heat, and guided ritual to purify the body, mind, and spirit.

  • We made sure to schedule in ample free time so you can walk into town to eat, shop, explore or sit by the beach and chill, swim, or take a nap. Natalie and Mari can give you recs depending what you want!

  • We are surrounded by a beautiful beach which should definitely be utilized. We can set up surf lessons for you or if you are already a surfer, its your time to shine! Or you can simply swim in the ocean or the saltwater pool at the villa! (Cold plunge pool option as well)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You will fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)

  • No, you do not! We will arrange transportation from airport to the villa so sending flight times will be required. Once in town, everything is walkable and we will arrange transportation if we do need to travel.

  • Your favorite digital and/or film cameras and lenses.

    Laptop if you want to edit anything.

  • We will never force you to do anything you don’t want to! Although, to get the most of what the retreat has to offer, we highly highly recommend participating in it all.

  • Absolutely!! All levels are welcome. This is not a content based retreat although we do have three shoots (+ one optional shoot with Cara Mia) so just came as you are - whether beginner or seasoned, you will walk away with what you need at the time.
